For those in a hurry or those who don't like getting undressed, enjoy the comfort and relaxation of a massage table while staying fully clothed. This treatment starts with a gentle face & scalp massage, then we move to the hands and forearms, and finish up with the feet. Clients can choose to add on a hand or foot scrub with moisturizing mitts for even more pampering.
An upper body deep tissue session with some attention to accupressure points. Work is mostly focused on neck, shoulders, face, and scalp. Shown to aid in migraine and tension headache relief, magnesium oil is used as the lubricant to help relax tight muscles, aid in reducing inflammation and help regulate neurotransmitters. Clients are offered a cooling eye mask and soothing peppermint oil (another natural headache helper) for extra relief during the session and sent home with a peppermint shower steamer and peppermint tea.
An exfoliating, detoxifying, and incredibly relaxing treatment that begins with a "dry massage" of the body using a bristled brush to aid in lymph flow and remove dead skin cells. After exfoliation, a silky clay mud is applied to the body to aid in detox and soften the skin. You are then wrapped in heated blankets to enjoy penetrating heat and a face and scalp massage. This portion of the session is followed by a full body massage. Total treatment time is 2.5 hours. Consider adding on a hand, foot, or face mask for a comprehensive service.
Stones are warmed, combined with oil, and used as an expansion of the hands to apply the long gliding strokes of Swedish Massage. The calming heat warms the tissue, improves circulation and helps promote deeper relaxation.

My love for massage began in 2016 when I started incorporating it into my own wellness practices to help control anxiety and migraine headaches. I quickly realized the healing power of simple relaxation and the restorative capacity of massage. In 2022, after a few difficult years working in HR, I needed a change in my professional life. A weekend away, complete with a spa visit, inspired me to entertain massage as a career change. Like HR, massage is a very people focused profession; yet in a much more positive way. Within 6 months of that trip, I quit my HR job and started a full-time massage therapy training program. I began a private practice in 2023.

I am motivated by the desire to help people feel better, even if that means just giving them a break from everything else for a few moments. My goal is to build a trusting relationship with each client. I promise to respect client boundaries and provide a safe and comfortable environment. Each massage is an opportunity for me to learn more about the client on my table. I strive to be an active listener, and invite my clients to participate in their session by providing necessary feedback through verbal cues or through more passive participation such as full relaxation and quiet time.
Do you spend long days sitting at a desk or sitting behind a steering wheel? Does this lifestyle cause you to experience stiffness and pain? Or maybe your days are full of physical activity that leads to muscle soreness. Do you suffer from work or family stress, anxiety, or headaches? While massage is not a replacement for regular medical care, it can be a great complimentary treatment. Consistent massage treatments have been shown to offer relief from these conditions and many others as a natural, safe, alternative treatment . Beyond these benefits, some people enjoy massage simply for relaxation, comfort, and the connection of human touch.
